Went to Crossfit Fury and took there Free Class with my son this morning. Nice sweaty WO! Also ran a solid mile foe time; at 6:30 this morning, Stevie kicked my butt!
This was a good one. Kettlebells were tough after yesterday's WOD! Had to break up the first 50 into 30-10-10. Second 50: 25-10-7-8. Did the row in 4:30.
12:14 44# KB I felt good on this. I was able to do 40 and 10 KB on my second set. I had a little hang up on the row that took 10-15 seconds to readjust both feet pads. I kept at a 1:50 pace for the most part and shoulder seemed to stay strong throughout.

Last set of kb my shoulders and forearms were on fire; could not keep my grip! Nice job Jen. I was glad when this was done.
