Was not too bad; maybe could have done 80lbs...maybe. Really didn't think I could get 75lbs over my head that many times. Only once did I mess up and I did a squat clean/thruster...lol!

Nice job Leslie; told you we could do it!! :0) Hot today!

This actually felt good afterwards! didn't really want to do 75lbs, but Krista help change my mind!! I was happy with my form and happy that I could get the weight over my head. Max overhead has been 65 pushing 70lbs! Hot to run these days! Was able to do two at a time mostly!

Jenette - 8:16, 75#...PR'd, this was tough! Not so much cardio but muscle fatigue. I had to dip drive twice on several occasions to get the weight up and my elbows locked out.

We ran a mile for time today, just to see where we are and I am going to record it here. I beat my previous time by 20 seconds, which was done when I was 4 or 5 months pregnant.
