I am starting up again slow. I think I will just be doing alot of the metabolic WODS with some light lifting next week. I still felt a little bit of pain each step of my jog today. However when I was doing my rows as long as I kept my back very straight I did not feel much pain, although the resistance was set at #1. I also felt the pains of eating like crap for 7 weeks and not doing any cardio. But now I feel like I can get back in the game and will be jump starting my comeback with Paleo.
