12:2465# Controlled ThrustersControlled Strict Pullups w/ a Purple BandThis was a good WOD. Pullups became a struggle as I did not want to introduce any stress to my shoulder. Thrusters were good but I went very slow for control.Previous Times: w/ 200M Run7:38 RX'd (06/24/11)No Burpees! That's right, I did everything unbroken! But I did do 10 burpees at the end to see how it felt. This was not included in my time. I liked this much better than FRAN. This one is a keeper.
15:37 Rx'dWow. This took a long time. Got 21and 9 TH without dropping bar but dropped 1x on 15. Runs were good...pullups killed me but I felt pretty good on them.Jenette did her pullups with NO BAND and she did a fantastic job - she was strong and above the bar each time! Congrats!
Jenette - 16:06, 55#. Krista, thanks so much for encouraging me to forego the band. I'm thrilled I was able to complete the wod without one; it was so challenging!!! The runs were a nice rest from the thr's and pu's.
