This was tough! I give to props to Emily D. for completing this one as her first CF WOD! Lisa probably would have beat me if she hadn't ripped her blister open!

I don't think I would have beat you Jen. This workout was brutal! I am so sore today. I feel like I can barely stretch my arms out!
