Tough! My arms were feeling it with the 14# ball. Did 22 to start, then slowed down from there. By the end, I was doing 5 at a time. Everyone had impressive times!

I did this on my slated driveway, at night trying to hit a very small bar on the front of the house while trying to avoid scrapping paint off the side. This proved to be more difficult then I thought it would be.

08/26/12 Deneshia 13:50ish (12#@9ft.) Did this as part of another workout. Really tried to do sets of more that 10. Pure dissapointment!
