Jenette - 32:08, 55#...I could not have done this without Krista! Hey, who thought up 600 meters? :-) I thought my weight was good but I need to really focus on depth of squats and form. I was jumping at the end to get the weight all the way up! This was hard.

This was really tough! I had to make some modifications:
ran 400 instead of 600
Thrusters instead of squat clean thrusters
4 rounds instead of 5
Still really hard!

So hard! I really wanted to stop, but finished it, and happy with what I accomplished. Thanks to eveyone for the motivation. I love group workouts!
