It seemed like Lindsay Valenzuela was faster...but she's amazing.
Noah and I went for run/walk today. Just over 2 miles in just under 20 minutes. He ran (jogged) 80% and the last 200m we all out sprinted. It was fun and I am proud of him. We are doing a 5k together on March 24th with the Liberty school district.
Today we hiked the White Tanks, and then I did Friday dreadfull WOD!!! I posted there! All must attempt this one!!!
