Wow...this was brutal for me. I got off to a bad start. My jumprope had broke on the last DU WOD, so I tried to use Jenna's, then Paul's...it just wasn't working so stopped on the 1st round after about 23 DU's. Paul adjusted a rope to my length and I restarted the WOD about 5 minutes later.

The good news is that I maxed on my deadlift just prior to this WOD @ 185#. Leslie, Krista - sorry - I couldn't resist the challenge!

I was 15# off my body weight but I haven't done DLs in awhile and I could barely get 4 at a time each round so I felt good with the weight. DUs were terrible. Best was 15 unbroken.
