Rx'd

Had to break up the OHS starting the 5th rnd; dropping the bar once each round. My wrists hurt and some of my OHS were not good. Changing hand positioning from PP to OHS was tough.

Did a Deadlift max of 185# (I just couldn't resist the challenge)

OHS were tough. I went for a little lighter weight (my max is 60#)in order to keep good form - I feel like I have lost some strength for this lift. Was able to do 3 rounds unbroken. Krista and Brian - strong work!

Jenette - 7 rnds + 7pp + 6 OHS, 50#, everything unbroken, dropped bar btwn pp and ohs.

This weight was perfect as the bar was wobbling back and forth during the OHS in the last two rounds(even though my elbows and shoulders were locked out).
