A Reminder! These are pictures taken during the WOD and notice FULL ROM.

#1 Crease of the Hips are below the Knee. #2 Full extension at the top of the thruster and arms/bar behind ears. #3 Chin fully above bar on Pullups.

This so kicked my Butt again!!! If you think the First 7mins are Bad As... push through till 21Reps!!!
Was able to do all Thrusters unbkn till the 12Rep, Pullups, was only able to pullup to my chin. Arms where toasted by the 15rep. After that I did 10 Thr at a time, I s...o didn't want to put the bar down. Good Luck!!

65# thruster
Regular pullups

Completed up to 12 thrusters/12 pullups, then to 10 thrusters for the next set. I finished out the 15 reps of thrusters/pullups as this would be equivalent to the reps in "Fran" in 9:48. I am pretty happy with this as I went up 5# on thruster weight (usually do 60#). Could not get chest to bar on pullups, but went as high as possible- had chin well above the bar.

regular pullups

Brutal. Completed 12 rounds and got 2 TH on round 15; finished out the TH's. After did AMRAP DU's in 2 minutes - 80. Going to include that drill every wod.
