I couldn't do today's WO because I am in a hotel room. So I did a WO of 20 rounds- 5 dips, 10 push-ups & 15 squats. My time was 24.36 minutes. :)

Ran a 5k today. 22:34. Not feeling great on this paleo thing. My stomach is not agreeing with it. I will give it a little longer though.
2/8/12 still in hotel. :) did 5 rounds- 30 walking lunges, 30 sit-ups & 15 handstand push-ups for a time of 15.30 minutes.

Jenette - 11:20, row, 55#. I started with 60# to practice but was relying on jumping and my knee too much. The 5# difference was great and allowed me to do more of a shoulder press. The row felt good! No knee pain at all.
