10 Burpees
15 Jumping Lunges
20 Double Unders (60 Singles)
25 Yard Shuttle Sprint (5X5)
Rest 90 seconds between each round

Ok that was a tough one.. I forgot the 90 sec rest between each round maybe that would have made it better. By the end could only do 5 burpees befor having to rest.

Did this in my driveway today. A few delays due to my jumprope having a knot in it and I didnt wait 90 seconds in between sets. I did singles t00.

Did a Navy Seals W/O with Jesse after our preschool fieldtrip. We forgot to time ourselves but it had alot of pushups involved and Ive been super sore since!

Who came up with this one! The rest was the killer, it made you shut down, to only pump yourself back up again! You all did great!

Jenette - 24:02, with approx. 90 seconds rest, sometimes a bit less (mainly I was starting on the next minute). Lunges were definitely burning the legs, and shuttle sprints are fun! We enjoyed mixing it up with something new.
