PC's were a little better than Friday but still not quite right. TH's were tough with this. A little slow I think... :0(

Jenette - 2:27, Ran my first half-marathon today (without mud)...didn't see a label for that! I was keeping a 8:30 pace through mile 8 when I started having serious knee pain. I ran/walked from there and was happy with my time. Apparently the consensus is tendinitis requiring lots of stretching with a foam roller. So! I'll be out for a few days until this heals. Otherwise, it was a perfect day.

Did this WOD on 2/21/12, was not able to use Rx'd had to share weights. P/C's where unbroken, Thrusters a bit tough. Over all great WO.

Congrats Jenette! That is awesome! I have the same problem with my knees when I do long runs. It usually takes a couple weeks to get better.

Did this on 2/24/12. Keeping away from rx'd since my arm's still giving me trouble. Power Cleans went really smoothly, but I couldn't get more than 5 thrusters at a time. A little frustrating!
