This is a tough one - felt good afterward. Did this with Krista - couldn't keep up with her! The shoulder press killed me - was only able to do 2 in a row until about 10 and from there it was one at a time. Push press and jerk was able to do 5-6 in a row.

My quads felt all those squats! Shoulder press were intense. 2-3 at a time. DL's were a break! Cleans took me a bit I was fatigued and Snatches were pretty tough. Once I got to 15 I saw the light and was able to push through the last 10. Jen did amazing. She slammed through her DL's and smoked her Cleans! Thank you for the wo!!

I haven't done a WOD in almost 2 months. Still trying to heal and make sure my shoulder gets to 100%. It is maybe at 35%. I have almost full range of motion but is weak and still hurts.

Did this on fri with Jen, so today I did:
4 Rounds
400M run
20 KB SDHP
20 KB swings

35lbs, Rx'd 16:29

Similar wod 10-24-11:
8 rounds/200m/10 SDHP/10 Swing)
35lbs, Rx'd 15:42

Not sure which was "harder" but it took me longer to do it in "half". Ready for my Sunday! Have a good one!!

OH squats had good balance. Presses were tough! Did well on the snatches. Between Easton letting the dog out in the front and my new neighbor returning a dog toy thrown in his yard I think it went fairly well

Rx'd 23:00
