I am shocked at how much faster my time is than Jared's! Somethings not right. I felt good, but I don't think I was feeling THAT good. Was this one really tough for you J?

FWIW I was completely smoked after this WOD.

Purple band for ring dips

The ring dips became extremely hard by the 3rd round. The 4th and 5th round I was pretty much doing one at a time.

Well Rayne I am sure that most people can do it in less than 12 min when they dont go lower than a 90 degree angle. So when you are ready to step up and play with the big boys I will be waiting.
