27:46 Rx'dVery tough! I used the 14# WB @ 8ft. It seemed really heavy. I was impressed with everyone completing the full 30 reps in this WOD! Morgan- 24:54 rx'dprevious times with 1/2 WB/BJ- 17:16This was definitely tougher than I remember the halvesies being. I was able to do BJs unbroken every round except round 4 where I was nursing a side stitch and took a fast breather to keep from losing my dinner. WB, on the other hand, required a break every round. I just couldn't get all 30 knocked out at once! I think I'm going to like doing these benchmark ones regularly. I get all pumped up to do well and I think I'm able to pull out some energy I never knew I had to finish strong! This was a great wod. Wish I could've been with the group today for it. You all did amazing!
