22:15 Rx'dGood WO! My mi time (I looked at my watch after the 4th lap) was 6:45. So, the first run was great, but by the last 500m, I felt so slow. Jessica kept me going though...she is so fast! Thanks everyone!
20:13w/Run and 20# One Arm DB ThrustersThis was the WOD in a long while. I feel out of shape! My Lungs felt great (I think) but my legs felt fatigued. During my first run, my mile was 6:25 and the 2000M was 8:15.My arm still feels sore and stiff. It cracks and pops everytime I move it.

My time was 25 minutes! Jamie and I ran with strollers, which made it harder, but good for our WO! :)
Did in about 23:00 minutes my timer went dead. 23:00 rx'd with 40m on each lap.Jared
