This is a deceiving WOD. I was dying by the end. 3 rounds seemed like plenty! Killed my last time though! I am with Krista - it is great to see the progress you all have made!

Did this WOD today 2/27/12, Yes this was a very deceiving WO as Jen stated!! I marked with chalk that I had to do 10rds, and notice this as I started my 4th, that there was no way I could do 10rds in 5min like Krista & Jen did,SEE what happens when you dont have a partern to spot you Lol!!! I pushed the last 3 out! was not so happy with time but I killed my last time as well. Great job everyone! Keep up the good work.
