Did a Crossfit.com work out.75 lb Back Sqaut 50, 5 Rope Climbs75 lb Back Sqaut 40, 4 Rope Climbs75 lb Back Sqaut 30, 3 Rope Climbs75 lb Back Sqaut 20, 2 Rope Climbs75 lb Back Sqaut 10, 1 Rope ClimbsSubbed the rope climbs for rope pull ups. 3 rope pull ups = 1 rope climb. So for the first round I did 15 individual rope pullups to equal 5 rope climbs. I would have done the WOD today but it involved running and I am alone at the house with the boys. Time was 13:39Jared

Jenette - 20:13 Rx'd, subbed power cleans for sq cleans. My runs were moderate due to the knee, and 80# is my PR for power cleans in a WOD! KB's and dl's were unbroken.
