75 lb Back Sqaut 50, 5 Rope Climbs
75 lb Back Sqaut 40, 4 Rope Climbs
75 lb Back Sqaut 30, 3 Rope Climbs
75 lb Back Sqaut 20, 2 Rope Climbs
75 lb Back Sqaut 10, 1 Rope Climbs

Subbed the rope climbs for rope pull ups. 3 rope pull ups = 1 rope climb. So for the first round I did 15 individual rope pullups to equal 5 rope climbs.

I would have done the WOD today but it involved running and I am alone at the house with the boys.

Subbed Squat cleans with power cleans. I hurt my knee doing 2/12's WOD on Monday. I am not sure if it was the WOD or something else but it hurts.

I have been sick, so I wasn't planning on doing the WOD tonight - Krista talked me into it and I did feel better afterward! Thanks Krista! Great job by all with the WOD and power cleans!

Jenette - 20:13 Rx'd, subbed power cleans for sq cleans. My runs were moderate due to the knee, and 80# is my PR for power cleans in a WOD! KB's and dl's were unbroken.
