Holy Crap this was a tough workout! We had a great group today and I think the weights for everyone were well chosen. We were all within minutes of eachother finishing. Carly and Bridgette shared a bar/ kettlebell. Lisa and I shared a bar/kettlebell and Jeff had his own. Morgan- 26:42 55# thrusters, 53#KBJust awesome working out with you guys today!
