Holy Crap this was a tough workout! We had a great group today and I think the weights for everyone were well chosen. We were all within minutes of eachother finishing. Carly and Bridgette shared a bar/ kettlebell. Lisa and I shared a bar/kettlebell and Jeff had his own.

Hey Morgan. Is your time with the rest included? Or is it without the 4 minutes of rest? Good Job.
Make sure times posted are with the 4 minutes of rest included.

So hard! I was telling Morgan how hard I think it is when the workout has a run and a lot of weights involved! It really gets you tired quickly! Burpee box jumps are my new hatred! HAHA!

This was a good WOD. The rest allowed for me to go hard each round. My Shoulder still bothers me. I can't wait until it is back to normal again.

I agree - this was tough! Did all SDHP unbroken. Had to drop bar once on thrusters rounds 3-5.

This was an OMG WOD!! My shoulders are still on fire as I post! Krista and I pushed to the limit on this one. I would not have been able to do this on my own, and under 30mins by far! Thanks Krista this was Hard.
