I thought this was a good WOD. Only did the first 2 sets of DL's unbroken, then had to drop once each round. Thanks to Lisa, Cheri, and Hillari for doing this one with me...great job!

My timer went off right as I stood up on the final dl. Jen you must have been booking it! My goal was 7 rounds to give me roughly 3 minutes a round. It was tough! Nice job everyone

6 Rounds and 110M RX'd
95# Left Arm Deadlifts with 50# Weighted Vest. I also held a 10# DB in my righ hand. Total = 155#.
I can say that this was much harder than if I did 155#. The weighted vest was brutal since I had to stabilize my core the entire time, not just when I was lifting the weight. It was a good WOD to get back into. My legs felt my absence. The 10# in my right hand felt good as well. My therapist cleared me for 10# DB DL's since I have been pressing him. I don't think I will be able to return to any RX'd weight for at least a year. I am bummed! I am still managing in other ways though.

This was so hard for me, and I was so sore the next day! It was the run in between that I had to catch my breath from! Thanks ladies for the push! I was glad I did it.

I did this WOD on 1/24/12, a bit behind! You all did great on this one!! I so thought I would be much closer to Jen then I got! I so sucked WIND on this one.

(1/26/2012)Jenette - 5 rounds + 400m + 5 dl, Rx'd. I pushed so hard (at 10 pm!) I actually felt sick...first time in a long time for that.:-) My goal was 6 rounds, so I wasn't happy. Also, the dl weight was good but did have to break it up into 11/10 during the last couple of rounds.
