50 Pullups
60 Pushups (Hand Release)
70 Situps
*(Break up as needed)
with time remaining, Do Max Rep Double Unders

150 singles
on a 15 min running clock

I really wanted to complete this in 15 minutes, but fell short by 7 pullups. I completed all in 15:28. It went something like this 800m run, 35 situps, 15 pushups, 10 pullups, 15 pushups, 10 pullups, 800m run, 20 situps, 15 pushups, 10 pullups, 15 situps, 8 pushups, 10 pullups, 7 pushups, 10 pullups.

Jenette - 19:54, pullups are always rather slow for me at 5/4/4. Runs were about 2:15 each, so it averaged to 5 mins/round.

400m run
