Nice quick WOD. I am still surprise about how not more than 1 year ago I was sucking wind so bad and got so light-headed just after doing 1 set of 10 PCs at lifetime. Now I can do 30 along with running and everything else in this WOD in 13:40. Thanks for the help everyone!!Rx'd13:40Jared

Glad it's done and over with! Was able to get three PC's in a row each Rd! Run was slow, H/R PU's where good till half way through 2nd Rd. Tried 80lbs but was a bit unsure, was very sore today, 4th WO in a row! Thanks Krista13:5375lbsPrv Time (11/22/09)12:29@50lbs
Jenette - 15:15, 75#, everything felt good! Split the pc's into 4-4-2, hrpu's were 10-10, squats unbroken.
