Nice quick WOD. I am still surprise about how not more than 1 year ago I was sucking wind so bad and got so light-headed just after doing 1 set of 10 PCs at lifetime. Now I can do 30 along with running and everything else in this WOD in 13:40. Thanks for the help everyone!!

Not too bad; PC's got better as I warmed up and HRPU got worse. Thanks Leslie; you could have done 80lbs... :0)

Glad it's done and over with! Was able to get three PC's in a row each Rd! Run was slow, H/R PU's where good till half way through 2nd Rd. Tried 80lbs but was a bit unsure, was very sore today, 4th WO in a row! Thanks Krista
