The 70# push press was very hard! Was able to do 6-4 the first round. Then 4-3-3 for rounds 2,3,4, and 3-3-2-2 for the last. Pullups and pushups went well. Lisa and Jaime pushed right on through this one - great job!
Just did 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS with Krista!!! What a way to end the year!! This was just a bit fun Ha Ha! DL's got me on this and the SQT/Cln. Everything else went well! Krista pushed hard on this one nice form on DL's and OHS!! Glad it's over.
115 was heavier than I expected. But I was able to push through it. I did not have to start resting the bar till the third round. I did well on the Pullups also. Good WOD.
Just did this WOD with my son, He went up in weight on this one!! i tried 70lbs but was a bit to much, was using my 7ft bar and I hate that one!! Pullups where good,PU's where unbroken, as for PP's well could only get 5 at a time.
