I woke up and went to help at the Park WOD. It was a great turnout and there were 2 new faces. Everybody did great!I came home and decided to do a WOD myself. So I did:4 Rounds500M Row (One Arm - Left)50 Air Squats14:51 RX'dThe Row was tough with one arm but I managed to keep a 2:10 pace. I can really feel it in my Left Shoulder and Back.The Right Shoulder is still stiff and unable to move.
