Jenette - 17:33, 65#, Purple band. This was excruciating! Definitely pushed it with the weight, did 3/2/1/1 in the last three rounds. Burpees were like a rest and pullups were strong.Hunter - 14:11, 80#, jumping pullups. He did every round unbroken! I'm bumping up that weight next time. :-)

Oh man! Harder than I thought it would be after 4 days of not working out. I will be feeling this one tomorrow. I was so tired after each set of PP that I had to do about 20% more pullups to get a full c2b set! That was really frustrating because I'm sure my time would have been much better if this was just a regular pullup workout.Morgan- 14:20 70#

Did this WOD on 12/27/11 with Stevie! I think I did crapy on my time! Pullups where pitiful on C2B got maybe 4/5 throughout the WO! Stevie did most of them. Still not sure on the weight for him, but we're getting there! PP for me were bad, hand I had surgery on felt like I had a knife through the middle the whole time. Burpess they always SUCK!!!
