I was able to do this unbroken although it was hard to stabilize the dumbbell in the later rounds. Running is a lttle bit faster but still have to tone it down due to right shoulder movement.

Looks like I tied Jared on this one. Only got the first round of thrusters unbroken. Dropped once on rounds 2-5.

Mike and Liz did this WOD as well:

This was a good WO, just did this today 12/14/11!! Of course though if krista had been there with me , my time would of been much better! 200m was sluggish I must add, not sure why. Nice job guys

Jenette - 13:10, 55# PR thrusters.

Definitely struggled in the last round and had to really jump off the ground to get the weight all the way up. Runs felt strong. (PS Don't try to decorate the Christmas tree after thrusters. My arms aren't going over my head very well and I broke an ornament.)

Hunter - 14:30, 65#, 250m row. Unbroken thrusters in each round, and great form with deep squats.
