Ben, Cheri, Jared, Disco and I ran on FINS and did 6 (7) hill sprints up "Jim Star pass". All had fun and worked excedingly hard!

Ran 3 miles, and finally reached my goal for the year!!! YEAH!!! I got in the 21 minutes!
3 mi- 21:35 (PR)
Maybe next year I will shoot for the 19 minutes.
I have been doing crossfit for 6 months now, and when I first started my 3 mi time was 35 something. What a difference 6 months makes. And I was in decent shape before, but now I am so much stronger and faster! Thanks to everyone for great workouts and pushing me harder!

That rocks Lisa! Im still working on breaking 23:?? but its hard when Im always training with the jogger. Sprinting today was fun and Im not a sprinter by any means and I love your dog Rayne. I need her to train with on the hills;)Maybe Disco can teach my 9 year old dog,(Storm) to stick by me;)Great WO! Plan on doing the WO above maybe tonight? Not sure what a OH lunge is? Ill have to Youtube it!

Did this workout with Jaime on 12/21/11.

We both had a 4 day lapse in working out recently so this one was really tough to get through. I kinda wish someone else did this workout so we can tell if our times were truly as bad as we imagined...

Jaime- 17:32 15#KB swings
Morgan- 16:54 rx'd but technically since I didn't have a 26#KB, I had to use a 25# plate for the swings.

Oh, and side note for me- I was able to do 10 DU's yesterday unbroken and without the single in between. Slowly but surely figuring it out!

Was a bit sluggish on this WOD!! I had to use 10#and15# Bumpper to make 25#'s! Was hard to hold. Didn't do well. Stevie did this with me. Great job everyone!!

35lb KB (I have no dumbbells or smaller KB)

Time not too great but I worked hard!!
