27:16 Good aerobic workout! I needed it! Wish I could improve on my row time. Did the 1st row in 4:30 and the last row just under 5:00.
23:38 RX'dwith a One Arm Row (Left) and right arm in a sling. As long as I don't have Phyaical Therapy my arm is feeling better.
