Group was fun today! Didnt do the W/O above but a mixed one with a relay and follow the leader and Im definately feeling it in the chest from the bear crawls and the planks:) Thx Rayne!

Jenette - 20:07, we ran out of weight and each of us were short about 15# but at least we got it done. This is slow but everything was unbroken so I guess the transitions took up a lot of time. K2E were the hardest for me.
Just finished the wod here at 11pm, but I needed to get one in. I really liked this workout but I decided to really try for close to my body weight and that really slowed me down. I could do more than 3 at a time and when I got down to round 3-2-1, I could only do one at time for fear I'd hurt myself. Everything else felt really strong and unbroken (except, my grip kept getting loose on K2E so occasionally I dropped to readjust but not from fatigue).
