Wow what a good WOD! Everything was tough. I did both shoulder press and Push Press unbroken. The arm is feeling better but I should take more precaution of the movement.

We did this one at the park today, and it was a killer! I wasn't sure I was going to make it on a few of these, but I pushed through. Morgan has our times. I may have been secretly cursing your name under my breath, Paul! haha, not really, but it was tough!

This was sooo hard! I was huffin' and puffin'. Here is what I did (since I did this at home, had a few modifications):
100 lunges
90 situps
80 pushups
70 KB swings 35#
60 WB @ 8ft
50 BJ on a chair (same height as the bench at the park)
40 Jumping pull-ups
30 burpees
20 V-ups
10 Push press 45#

Group wod went well. It was super cold outside. I don't think I broke a sweat even though this one was super tough!

Morgan- 31:15 rx'd on everything except situps and handstand pushups(used the table)
couple of personal bests today as well. knocked out 50 lunges unbroken (knee all the way to the ground). Was able to hit 9 pullups unbroken twice within the 40.

Hilari- 36:30
did crunches for situps and v-ups. did modified pushups for both pushups and handstand pushups. 26#KB, step-ups on BJ and jumping pullups

Bridgette- 32:30
26# KB, stepups on BJ, jumping pullups, did thrusters using a resistence band on wallballs (we only had one wallball) used table with HSPU

Jeff- 33:58
10 regular pullups and 30 jumping pullups. 35#KB. 12# wallball @10ft. Used table with HSPU

Very angry right now. I was really wanting to hit <30min. Did horrible at my pushups and wallballs.

Just knocked this WOD out with Krista today 12/06/11! OMG this was almost as bad as the 12 DAYS OF CHRISTMAS!!!!! Perpare yourselfs! You all did great with this WOD, Jared don't be so hard on youself!! Had a few near misses on my BJ's, KB's where tough, Pullups not to bad, Situps, PU's, V-ups,where good! GLAD IT's DONE!

This was a good WOD; ended up doing 10 jumping pullups as I had no strength for them...Did 4 HSPU (not much ROM) the rest were HRPU. Lunges and pushups were pretty brutal. Sit ups, KB's, TH's & Burpees were solid; BJ's were a bit difficult. V-ups were good too. I liked this one...different. Great times by everyone! :0) Leslie you did a fantastic job; thank you!

Very tough! My arms are shaking! the pushups were killer after about 30 couldn't do more than 4 in a row. Wallballs were tough because my arms were so tired. started pullups with 12 - then dwindled from there. I think my v-ups could use some work - those were new to me.
