This was BRUTAL till the end!!!! Jenette thank you S.....ooo much for the push and support! This was hard! Would not of done this on my own! Killed myself with the weight but pushed throught it! BJ's where the worst, legs where like JELLO. The run was very sluggish, OH lunges where fine. I think this was one of the longest WO I have ever done. 44:02 RX'd2 Mile Run = 14:38Rest = 2:00WOD = 10:37Rest = 2:002 Mile Run = 14:47Great WOD! I wore my sling during the runs and arm feels good. For Squat Cleans I used a 65# Barbell and did one armed squat cleans with a 60# vest on. (This is a total of 125# and would have done more. A 5# DB fell off otherwise would have been 65#). The stabilization needed I think was enough to call it RX'd. I did all Box Jumps at 24"+ and I did one arm 45# DB Overhead Lunges. I felt great and was glad to get sub 45.
Total time with rests 46:021st mile- 15:12WOD- 9:28 65# SC, 19" BJ, 25# OHL2nd mile- 17:22SC's were super tough but overall everything felt really good until my second mile about 1/2 mile in when a dang side stitch slowed me way down. It was frustrating to watch the Jen/Paul/Lisa combo gap grow wider and wider until they lapped me, yet I couldn't get myself to go faster! I'm going to have to do this one again when I'm not sick and see if I can at least improve the 2nd mile.Seriously awesome workout though! Thanks for umm.. waiting for me guys ;-)

Lost that little tape with my times on it. I can't remember any times. I know I was 44 something total. Such a good WO though. The running for me was the easier part. When I first started the 2 mi my legs felt like Jello, but once I got in the groove, felt good. Thanks for the motivation guys. I think this should always be done in a group! (PS If Jen and Paul still have my times by any chance, would you mind posting them? Thanks!

You all did super on this one, This WOD got alot of ATTENTION!! I guess I'm the only one who was crazy enough to use 75#'s, that was cause both my leading ladies, that always set the bar high didn't Lol!!
Thanks guys! I was still feeling under the weather but so glad I did it. I accidentally stoped by watch during workout. I think my total time was around 47 minutes. I will defintely do this one again on my own and keep track of my time, hopefully I can see an improvement!
