11 Overhead Squats (60#/95#)
10 Situps
9 SDHP (60#/95#)
8 Pushups
7 Deadlifts (Body Weight)
6 Pullups
5 Kettlebells (35#/53#)
4 Burpees
3 Squat Cleans (60#/95#)
2 Box Jumps (20"/24")
1 Clean and Jerk (60#/95#)

Do 1 C&J, then 2 Box Jumps and 1 C&J, then 3 Squat Cleans and 2 Box Jumps and 1 C&J, then 4.... Until you complete all 12 days of Christmas.

I really wish I could do this. This WOD is one of my favorite hard WOD's.
Shoulder is still hurting alot.

Did this one yesterday with Morgan at home. Wanted sub 30 min but did not get it. This WOD was pretty deceptive since at around 10 minutes I was between pullups and deadlifts. I thought I would finish before 20 min. But like I said it was Deceptive. OH Squats sucked.Great fun though.

I was pretty amazed at how I did on this WOD. I felt good - just tried to keep a nice steady pace - did everything unbroken. My left knee was bothering me - but felt better about half way through the WOD (maybe it was the ibuprofen - thanks Lisa:) My OHS could have been better - but Paul said they looked pretty good.

This was fun despite the COLD! Thanks everyone! Great job and Merry Christmas!

This was hard, but worth it! Deadlifts were the hardest for me on this one. Great job Jen! Everyone did well. Thank you for the workout!

Great Group today. I started about 40 seconds late (tried to get some pictures). But I went as hard as I could to keep up and pass Jen. She would not stop and was doing everything unbroken without rest. She made this look easy.
Everybody else did great! This was a first for alot of you but has been a tradition for 3 years now. MERRY CHRISTMAS!
