Did a similar WOD to this one (I wanted to get a rowing workout in):3 rounds500m Row20 KB @ 35#20 K2E20 Pushups (hand release)19:29Previous time: 20:32 (8/10/10)Good WOD. All KB unbroken, close to getting all PU's unbroken - stopped once on rnd 2 and 3. K2E are always a killer.
Did this at the park using #26 kb. The situps are getting really difficult for me with my growing stomach...19:20
Today I did:25-20-15-10-5DU'sKB (35lbs)Burpees13:33 Trying to get my DU's back! Did ok got 15/10, 15/5, then all unbroken 15 down to 5. KB's and burpees unbroken. Good wod.(Similar WOD on 06/15/11; posted there as well)
Me and Liz did the Nov 26th posted workout at home (100 burpees & jumprope).Im very proud of Liz for completing her 2nd workout! I know for a fact she is dying from the previous days workout and she stuck with it til the end no matter how tired she was.
So my shoulder is still stiff and need to stay in the sling 3 more weeks. I did a WOD today consisting of everything but the run and K2E's.13:573 Rounds500M Row (1 arm - Left)20 KB Swings (26# one arm - Left)20 Situps (Unsecured)20 Pushups (One arm on Knees - Left)This was a Left Shoulder burner. My row times were 1:58, 2:03 and 2:06. KB Swings were unbroken and pushups were tough. I touched my nose to the floor each time and could not get more then 10 any round.
