Probably the best I have done with double unders. Was getting 15-20 per round and then was able to finish the remainder without stopping. Forgot to bring bands for the ring dips, so had to use my foot to push up.
This was a good WO,arms where still sore from Tues. RD's no band, DU's where not great, but was able to get about 10 in each rd, good enough for me!! Run you know how that goes.
Its amazing how you can miss a few WO's and how things can be hard allover again. My whole right side from my hip down is killing me still, but the bench dips were the hardest I felt on this one ! Great job everyone!
