50 Double Unders (150 Singles)*

* I would like to see everybody attempt DU's in this WOD. If 50 is too many for you right now, do 5 DU's per round. If 5 is too easy do 10 or 15 per round. Make it something challenging but at the same time something new to learn. Remember practice what you suck at.

I was able to do all 50 DU's unbroken the first round. There after I was able to do the first 30 each round.

I was able to meet with the group today! I was nice to match the names with the faces! You all look so great! If any of you saw Morgan jump the picnic table that was very impressive!! You all have reached many mile stones! Kept up the good work. Don't every say (I CAN'T)it's not in our VOCAB! Those where Pauls words from the start.

Great job testing out the DU's Leslie! I never got an exact tally on whether everyone in the group tried them or not but I hope you did! As for myself, 50 DU's was really tough! My legs are still trying to catch up.

Nice work everyone! It's starting to get nippy during our workouts. It's nice finishing a tough one like this without sweating too much.

I actually did

25 sit ups

I did the box jump/squat workout earlier with Leslie and did this with Jack later in the day. Did not want to do DU's after doing the 24" BJ's.

I did this one last time (not too long ago) with only 20 DU's, so I did 35 DU's this time. I had a few equipment malfunctions during this WOD - first round, the jumprope split in half on #35 in DU's, then the sole of my shoe started coming off and flapping during the 3rd run, the 4th run my shoe came untied! I still beat my previous time though! the DU's killed me! Best stretch was 15 - still at a 1:1 ratio.
