Danny was great today! Took time to show us some great warm up routines on top of some proper wo techniques. All in all I got almost 7 rounds done! 6 rounds, 10 kb(26#), 10 PU, 10 wb and 150meters. 50 meters short! Jaime was rocking it with her stroller! Great job everyone!
