Danny was great today! Took time to show us some great warm up routines on top of some proper wo techniques. All in all I got almost 7 rounds done! 6 rounds, 10 kb(26#), 10 PU, 10 wb and 150meters. 50 meters short! Jaime was rocking it with her stroller! Great job everyone!

We did "Paul" today in honor of Paul's shoulder! Danny hosted and we're all hoping to be on a good track toward muscle-ups. Thanks for the technical training Dan!

Morgan- 6 rounds +5 PU rx'd
Hilari- 5 rounds + 10 KB (used both 26# and 15#KB, jumping PU)
Jaime- almost 7 rounds (jumping PU, rx'd KB?)
Cheri- almost 7 rounds (jumping PU, rx'd KB?)
