50 Squats
25 Box Jumps (24"/30")
40 Squats
20 Box Jumps (24"/30")
30 Squats
15 Box Jumps (24"/30")
20 Squats
10 Box Jumps (24"/30")
10 Squats
5 Box Jumps (24"/30")

Notice the height of the Box Jumps are taller. Please be careful with the first couple jumps after the Squats.

That was a good WOD. I was glad there was no running since I am getting over a cold. Just took the box jumps one at a time - did better than I thought I would. Used a ball for squats to ensure full ROM.

The very first jump after 50 squats was a killer. I almost went down to 20'. I still have a fear of busting my shin. Thanks to Morgan for making me stick with it.

10:08 Did only box jumps to my 2nd step which I measured @ 16"? 3rd step would have been perfect but after 50 squats I did 3 of the 3rd step and was scared I might eat it big time so I was a coward and did the 2nd:( My legs are also locked up from my bike ride earlier this morning so it was tough regardless!

Good Hard WOD! I made sure I kept jumping and didn't stop. I also had to ensure I was pulling my knees up to my chest to land onto the Box.

My BJ's measure 25" I did step ups instead the fare was so overwhelming; and I still could bearly reach! I felt like a wimp today! Krista flew right up there, s...oo sweat! this makes 4days for me, and my body aches.
