DId you do this workout with one hand, Paul?! Holy Crap!We had a big turnout at the park today. Not enough equipment to go around but with monkey bars and swing sets we made it work. Morgan- 11R+2T2B, bench dips (I started out with K2E but decided to try for t2b at about round 3. went well but could not do more than 1 at a time)Lisa- 11R even but still did 7 T2B for good measure, bench dipsEmily- 7R+2 bench dipsCarlie- 9R+7 bench dips (she started her round with dips)Cheri- 10R+3 bench dipsJamie- 8R+10 situps (did 14 situps instead of t2b)Hillari- 7R+7K2EBridgette- 8R+ ? 09/07/12 Deneshia 9 rounds +3T2B Managed to get about 7 sets of three reps T2B on higher bar, then had to exchange to lower bar and use assist jump/swing. Bench dips. This was a long 20 minutes!
