This was a great WOD for 1 simple reason. Both my father and my brother Michael came out to do this. This was my father's first WOD and he has not exercised in 3 years. They kicked butt! I am proud of them both!

Bob - 24:29 26# KB Due to fatigue, was only able to do 1 KB Swing at a time. Need to stregnthen core and use more hips (glutes) to complete the task.

Good quick WO. I am super sore from this weeks WODs and am looking forward to rest tomorrow. I can definately tell a difference in my performance the last few WOs I done on my own.
Thanks Jen! I was trying to keep up with Cheri! I have been working on the running though! Funny thing is, it was slower than my last time. Oh well, still felt hard to me! You did great!
Well, I really thought I sucked big time with this WOD! And then I looked at everyones time! I so suprised myself!! I did this with Rachel and she kept right up with me, but complained the whole way; Hmm I wonder where she gets that from! lol. You all did well, this was tough. Burpess are the worst, run was sluggish,situps and squats where good, kb's well I did them unbroken for the first time, pushups H/R no problem. Still so....o sore from mondays group WOD!!!

Did 11/6/11 WOD. Time posted there. Pretty sore after doing 150 pushups two days ago and then doing 120 again last nigt.
