This felt good but was disappointed that I had to break up my Thrusters and Pullups and the 4th and 5th round. My goal was sub 10:00.

AWESOME job Jennette! Thank you for the push! This was a great WO, I was a bit slow on the BJ's, Thrusters where ok; my shoulder is strating to bother me! Not a good sign. KB's where good,Pu's sluggish. I was pleased with my time. Jennette kicked my butt!! I dont see most of anyone's weight for Thrusters posted??
