20 Power Snatches (60#/95#)
20 Situps (Unsecured)
20 Pushups (Hand Release)
20 Air Squats
20 Push Press (60#/95#)
20 Situps (Unsecured)
20 Pushups (Hand Release)
20 Air Squats
20 Weighted Lunges* (60#/95#)

*For weighted lunges place bar behind neck and onto shoulders (like a back squat) and do 20 walking lunges.

May substitute Power Cleans for Power Snatches.

Good WOD! Pushups were brutal. Weighted Lunges were very difficult as well. This was a good WOD and allowed you to keep pushing without breaks.

HRPU were the worst and PP was a close second. PS felt good - for the most part. The walking-weighted lunges were challenging.

This was such a great wod...not exactly sure of my time but I'm sure Jen will post those times. Push presses and pushups were fatiguing. Overall very happy with my results!

I wasn't ready for snatches at 60#, so went with 55# - it was a good weight. By the 3rd set of pushups, my stength was gone. Nice job with the weights everyone!

My son and I did this WOD together today! I liked this slightly. I subd Pw/clns for Pw Snatches! The PP's kicked my butt! The weighted lunges; what where you thinking Lol!! Great job everyone. Krista 65lbs way to go; I neded you for this one girl!!

19:12 I did this WO this evening since I couldnt run. I have no bar or weights so I subbed all the snatches, cleans and weighted lunges with 2-8# dumbells I had handy and did walking lunges after each set of air squats. I know that was extra leg work vs. arm but its much needed;)

The power snatches killed me. Took me forever to complete them on both rounds. I also think I am slower at night and when I don't work out with other. Overall this was a really tough WOD.

Did this WOD on 11/17/11. Snatches are the new thing I want to get good at. It's really tough for me to feel like I'm ever doing it right because balance is so key! I kept the weight low so I could really focus on getting good snatches every time and I would say that at least 6 of my roughly 11 minutes per round were spent on snatches. Everything else went fast, though more than 10 pushups is almost always killer for me.
