100 Burpees
10 Double Unders (30 Singles) on the minute every minute. Start with Burpees.

Start with Burpees and continue not past 1 minute.
Then do jumprope at 1 minute mark. Once completed the jumprope continue with burpees until the 2:00 mark. (if it takes you 20 seconds (1:20 mark) to finish your jumprope you have less than 40 seconds left to do burpees.)
At the 2:00 mark start your jumprope again until you complete it and do burpees not past the 3:00 mark.
Repeat this process until you have finished 100 Burpees.

Double Unders were unbroken, Dan did this the day before I had surgery and had to beat him. LOL Hard WOD!

My jump rope broke at the end of my second round. Tried to us my leather jump rope but it was too short for me even to do singles. Although the sports authority jump ropes seem to improve my double unders I am not very impressed with the quality of the rope that they provide. Hope everyone had a great thanksgiving.

Thank you ladies - nice job! This was a great WOD; needed the practice with my DU's and this was a great way to get them in. Did all DU's unbroken except for one time because I was tired!! :-)

Way to go Krista! all unbroken. Very impressive.

I still have super sore calves so today was rough. Finished at 11:47(Paul correct me if I'm off)? I know I got at least 3 rounds of DUs unbroken, but I was tripping up on the rope a lot.

I knew the double unders would kill me on this one, but actually did better than I thought. I only had a couple rounds that were unbroken. Seemed to take about 30 seconds for the DU's.

Did 30 singles. Need to start working on my DU's. Burpees felt great at the time but my foot(arch/achilles) has been killing me since. Not sure of my time?

10:40 (singles) I feel like this was easier than just doing 100 burpees straight. I guess jump roping is actually a break from burpees!!!!

Correction: interval timer counts rounds from the start not the finish. Woohoo!

Me and Liz did this workout on Dec 2nd:

Mike: 11:45 (singles)
Liz: 24:58 (singles)

This was Liz's 2nd workout and she finished it!!! I'm really proud of her for sticking with it no matter how hard it was for her.

@ Lisa - EASIER! HAH You better start learning to do Double Unders then. This was brutal! But yes doing singles is actually a break.
