My shoulder was hurting from last Saturday's power snatches and then the thrusters from the other day. I decided not to push it with pullips and push ups. Ran instead.3 miles- 22:32 Still not in the 21's yet. Need to push it a little hard on mile 2.

14 round 5 pull ups 10 PU's and 10 squatsPurple band for pull upsThis was a tough workout. I really struggled on my push-ups. After about the 4th round I had to split my push-ups in half and do 5 and then 5. I actually felt strong on my pull-ups which is exciting!
