Not my favorite WOD, but improved nonetheless...couldn't quite keep up with Jared. Nice job everyone!

Krista it was 14...thanks for pushing me! My shoulders were dead after yesterday's thrusters. No excuses of course! :-)

My shoulder was hurting from last Saturday's power snatches and then the thrusters from the other day. I decided not to push it with pullips and push ups. Ran instead.
3 miles- 22:32 Still not in the 21's yet. Need to push it a little hard on mile 2.

2 less rounds then last time. I could really feel me compensating with my left side, alot. I was not at all winded. I felt as though I had no stregnth.

Purple band for pull ups

This was a tough workout. I really struggled on my push-ups. After about the 4th round I had to split my push-ups in half and do 5 and then 5. I actually felt strong on my pull-ups which is exciting!
