I definately needed a heavier weight for the deadlifts I flew through this Wo too quick! I went all the way down letting the weight go on the ground everytime? I must be becoming stronger or faster?;) My back a few times wasnt in the correct form. Boxjumps have become easier for me at the bench heighth as well but fatigued me the most. The run was hard due to the wind near the tennis courts was blowing hard. Made me feel super slow but I pushed through it!
Great job Cheri. You may need a heavier weight for deadlifts but remember you are also getting super fit! Yes body weight deadlifts for you now would make you even stronger and faster quicker. It should be heavy enough that you do not lose form but you struggle to get all 10. I would like to go over this lift and others with you soon. Keep up the great work.
Oh man this was heavy. Morgan are u sure the bar you set up for me was only 125:). Overall happy that I finished box jumps were a killer after DLSandra R.
