thought that this was going to be a nice fast workout before I go to work based on previous similiar workout times, but this kicked my butt, I am sweating like I do when it is 110 outside.

Brutal! I agree with Sandra on this one. 120 burpees and 120 KB swings are not fun. I really wanted to put down the KB on the last round, but stuck with it. Have fun with this one!

So hard! In the beginning I hated the burpees, and at the end I hated the KB's. Did KBs all unbroken, and did all burpees at a good pace. My arms felt like Jell-O though!

14:59 RX'd w/120 reps each.
This was brutal! I kicked but on the start and after round 11 (11 burpees and 5 KB) I was at 5:00. This however was a great WOD.

Hey Sandra great job! Yes todays WOD has 50 more reps of each exercise. Reason being is before you did 5,4,3,2,1 besides the 10 through 1. Today was 15,14,13,12,11 reps meaning that there were 10 additional reps of each exercise for each of those 5 rounds. It was hard but I liked it.
Wow Lisa, Jesse, Jaime and Cheri! You ladies kicked butt!

Jenette - 18:36, HR at 199 at some points! It was definitely much tougher than last time.

Ouch that one hurt. My forearms were pretty sore from doing snatches the day before so I really struggled with my grip. I took to Lin of breaks between burpees and KB. I was hurting and breathing hard but I wish I would have pushed myself a little bit harder.
