Ran today until I had to get home so Jared could go to work which ended up being 45 minutes.5k- 25:408k- 43:59I need to run more often on hilly terrain in my 5 fingers. I was just running the lakes but apparently my ankles/calves weren't adjusted well for some of the inclines because by about mile 2, my legs were hurting pretty bad. I pushed through though because the weather was perfect and my breath was comfortable. If time permitted, I easily could have run a 15k or more at the pace I was at. Averaged 5:30min/k and was on target for 11k in an hour. I wish I would have started earlier because today was a good running day. Oh and a nice side note- pretty sure an 8k is longest stretch I've ever run!
