This was tough. I was unbroken the first round and rounds 2 - 5 had to break up the SC's at 3,2,2 and the KB's at 8 and 6. Good WOD!
I really need to lay off some of these exercises and high weight (but I can't). I would have done the original weight of 95#/155# but injuries prevented this. Also we do not need to go above what is posted. We can work hard and safely at that level.

This WOD was tough for since I haven't done much heavy weight in a week. I tried the 80lbs, just couldn't Squat it that well. started to loose it in the 3rd RD, with the KB. Want to stop but kept a good additude. It was still tough for the Squats with 75lbs.

So I did a two a day one today. I am hurting. Did the 400m walking lunge in 13:44 previous time was 16:02. Good improvement. Then I did todays WOD.

Felt like quiting the second, third, and fourth round. Great work out though.

This was a good WOD. SC's were tough; could really only do 1 at a time - strung 2 together here or there but not too often. KB's all unbroken. Next time 80lbs.

It was a good workout, we did have to substitute regular pullups to jumping pullups.

Nice job on the WODs everyone! I actually had the lunges/pullups/situps WOD on my list to do soon, so I am glad you guys picked that one!

This was pretty brutal...it is amazing how much you can sweat during a 9 minute WOD! Squat cleans were tough - did my first 4 in a row and then it pretty much 1 at a time after that. KBs unbroken.

Jenette - 11:56, 60#, PR for squats/squat cleans. Made sure to have a FRM in squats and really pushed up slowly. KB's were broken up 9/5. This was very fatiguing!

Hunter - 13:43, 75#, squats were solid! KB's were 9/5.
