Jenette - 28:09...this was awesome and tough! My heartrate was in the 190's for 30% and never dropped below 185 the entire WOD. Definitely pushed it.
For some reason I thought this said 25 situps. Still hard, even with situps. Anyway, my time was 15:52 for 6 rounds of 400m run 25 situps.Did this in CA at my parents' place
