This was done on steep incline and decline. Because of the steep inclines and the route (200M route), we did 12 rounds of 200M run and 12 and 13 Burpees alternating. This might have helped!

Did this as per Paul's comment...not really sure if this was better?! Was dripping sweat even in our nice 65 degree Smoky Mountain weather. Definitely improved my time from last August in 100+ degree Phoenix weather.

Jenette - 28:09...this was awesome and tough! My heartrate was in the 190's for 30% and never dropped below 185 the entire WOD. Definitely pushed it.

For some reason I thought this said 25 situps. Still hard, even with situps. Anyway, my time was 15:52 for 6 rounds of 400m run 25 situps.
Did this in CA at my parents' place
